With news of Covid-19 making its way into the US, so many of you are reaching out to us in fear. With fear comes uncertainty and the best thing you can do right now is take care of yourself. Take this time to stay inside, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and practice some serious self care. This is your time to do what feels in alignment for you. If you have been needing a break from work, you’ve got it! If this means you want to binge watch that show on Netfilx and seriously chill the F out, you do it sis.
You can also use this time to do some organizing and cleaning around the house. If you’ve been meaning to do some projects, do it! If you’ve been wanting to start a blog, a YouTube channel, read that book that’s been on your shelf since Christmas, this is your time. If you’re in business for yourself, keep going. If you have a brick and mortar business, start thinking of new ways to get your product or service out into the world. How can you reach your clients online? Get creative, you’ve got nothing but time!
The key thing about this time is to practice gratitude and living in faith. It is easy to choose fear when you’re watching the news or on social media 24/7. Choosing faith means believing that things are going to work out and be OK even when you’re not sure what the outcome is. When you’re living in fear, you operate from a place of lack. Now is the time to put your faith in whoever you believe is your higher power and literally a Jesus take the wheel moment! Whether you believe in the Universe, God, Allah, whoever, let go. Give up the control. Because honestly sister, we can’t control the outcome of this situation but we can control our attitude around it.
